After my class with you, I went home and made
the strawberry pie. Everyone in my family went
crazy over it. Because I didn't get many slices
for myself I decided to make another one. After
5 pies I realized that you are more than
amazing! From my husband to my daughter(age 8)
to many of my neighbors, and from myself: THANK
YOU!!!! This weekend is July 4th and the first
thing my family asked me is, "will you please
make that awesome strawberry pie!"
Were it not for you, I'd still be wondering if
there would ever be treats that I would actually
like!! And better yet, I don't have to shop or
taste-test anymore because you gave me the
skills and shared your awesome treats with me
and now I can MAKE them myself!!
Thanks Lindy. You are truly talented and the
best thing to happen to me in High Point in a
very long time.
